Fresh off a 10-week spell, the Michael Hickmott-trained Reynolds looks well placed to continue the strong form that saw him win three races from four starts in his first campaign in South Australia. He resumes at 1400m, as he did at Oakbank back on April 3 when putting 3.4 lengths on his closest challenger in a dominant win. Jessica Eaton has two wins and a third-placing from three starts on the five-year-old Exceed And Excel gelding, who should be too classy for this BM76 field.

She finished a length off the smart Munster, which presents solid enough form to suggest the three-year-old Written Tycoon filly can give this BM68 a shake. Despite having success in Victoria during her initial campaign when settling up on speed, Tahnee Tradition showed her versatility in settling near last at Murray Bridge when going close. If she brings that same turn of foot to this second-up run, she could take some holding out at a nice price.
