Cats and Equalizer have ‘no equal’!

TAB has put up an AFL/Greys offer for today that has ‘no equal’!

And Cats’ fans will be ‘clawing’ at their betting accounts to get a ‘piece of the cheese’.

The betting giant’s proposition is $2.75 for the Cats to defeat the Magpies and powerhouse sprinter Equalizer to salute at Geelong greyhounds.

The Geelong Cats – who defeated the Gold Coast Suns by 34pts last week – are 3rd on the AFL ladder with seven wins from 10 games, while the Collingwood Magpies – who suffered a heart-breaking 1pt loss to Port Adelaide – are 16th with two wins.

Meanwhile, the Jason Thompson-trained Equalizer is TAB’s $1.90 favourite in a Mixed 4/5 (460m).

A powerhouse sprinter armed with a paralysing finishing burst, Equalizer has won 16 races from 40 starts – including three of the past six. He also has a slick 25.52sec PB at Geelong.

He’s a triple G1 finalist (Silver Chief, Temlee and Harrison-Dawson) and runner-up in both the G2 Warragul Cup and G2 Cranbourne Cup. He was also a G3 Great Chase finalist last year.

The Magpies v Cats clash commences at the MCG at 1.45pm, while Equalizer is in Race 6 Box 3 at 6.22pm.

WATCH: Barnstorming Equalizer (5) comes from the clouds to clock a flash 29.80sec win over sprint queen Qwara Bale (7) at The Meadows on April 24.
