GRV and GOTBA update

GRV CEO Alan Clayton met with GOTBA Chair Lynton Hogan, and Deputy Chair, Greg Doyle, late yesterday afternoon following a request from GRV to resolve issues which saw racing boycotted in Victoria on Saturday, July 3, 2021. The meeting followed a request by the GRV Board for independent mediation (following the failure of previous discussions), which was not considered necessary at this point by GOTBA. GOTBA agreed to send a notice to the GRV Board outlining their position.

Taking care of business – a new look at Traralgon greyhounds

While plenty has been happening with the redevelopment of the Traralgon greyhound racetrack, quite a bit more has been happening behind the scenes. With track redevelopment on schedule and trialling and racing likely to start in September and October respectively, many of the unseen changes to the back end of operating a successful sporting and community facility have been powering ahead.
