Earlier start for Stony Creek race meeting

Race times for an upcoming Stony Creek meeting have been brought forward to avoid the hottest part of the day. Thursday’s seven-race card will begin at 1pm with the final race at 4pm. The Bureau of Meteorology expects the temperature to peak at Stony Creek at 37 degrees around 5pm on Thursday and with that in mind Racing Victoria has brought the meeting forward. 2020 NZB STANDARDBRED ON-FARM YEARLING TOUR continues The annual on-farm yearling inspection tour moves to Canterbury this Sunday 2 February, with the final stop in Southland the following week.
